high masts light are disfuntional in most of the colonies

For the last nine months.none of the lights is funtional in our Madhuvan.
Area councillor reminded time and again and i personally went to his home. But no result.
On talking to several persons i find same situation in other areas.
Why is it not possible to.have one agency who attends or co.ordinate such work.
Non functional high mast lights are an open invitation ton.law breakers.
All are scared to use parks as it is asecurity hazard.

Some time a small action is helpful to solve bigger problems.
From parking lots,it becomes to take out vehicle or to even enter such places, because vehicles are parked in a hap hazard manner.
MARKING of lanes in white paint can help to park cars and two wheelers properly.
We must project our best face during the ommon wealth games.
This means disciplined traffic and proper parking.
It will be useful to install HUNDREDS OF CAMERA TO MONITOR EACH CROSSING AND ALL PARKING LOTS.
This will deter criminals and terrorists.
